These solid koa ukuleles are an exciting synthesis of the traditional Portuguese braguinha and Hawaiian ukeke. In addition to the beautifully flamed and figured Portuguese koa used for the top, back, and sides, these instruments feature other exotic woods including Wenge headstock veneers and African ebony for fingerboards. The Traditional Portuguese "rope" rosettes and striking maple binding are hand inlaid to produce an elegantly simple and charming instrument. Available in soprano (25 SK), concert (25 CK), and tenor size (25 TK).
