We were looking for something that Big Bill Broonzy would like to run his fingers over with a little "Long Tall Momma" but also go get his Stetson on and pick and strum a little. These have clarity and ring in the trebles on top of a big "bronzy" bass with a big "three dimensional" midrange stuck in the middle. The overall clarity and richness and the ringing trebles especially up the neck makes for a nice vocal accompaniment guitar as well.
