Designed to give optimum performance when used inside of an acoustic guitar. The microphone is mounted in the guitar by clipping it to a back brace. The mic preamp is built into the clip. The close proximity of the mic capsule to the preamp ensures the best possible performance from the capsule and a consistent guitar sound with excellent feedback resistance.
If you have a percussive style of playing, or you like to use a rhythmic slap on the wood to keep it interesting, or if you would just like to hear more "air" on top, then this mic is for you. While our pickup systems capture the full range of sound from the combination of the guitar body and the strings, nothing captures the acoustic nuances of your performance like a good microphone.
