As a follow-up to the first very successful Mayer edition, C. F. Martin & Co. asked John Mayer if he would create a second namesake guitar, with many of the same attributes as his first. The OMJM John Mayer Special Edition guitar is built with solid East Indian rosewood sides and back, an Englemann spruce top and is equipped with Martin Gold Plus electronics. The special vintage Geib style hardshell case has a unique art deco-inspired embroidered monogram. Each guitar in this open series will be individually numbered in sequence.
