The Podium offers on-site instrument repair service. Our head luthier, Martin Reynolds, has been repairing instruments for over 30 years. When James Olson quit doing our repairs to focus on building guitars (what was he thinking?), Marty took over and has been providing repair services ever since. He is kind of a cranky old fart at times but he is the Zen master of guitar set-up and an expert in acoustic pickups and amplification issues. With Marty, The Podium's clientele spans the globe and includes names you wouldn't believe.

Jed Germond is our other luthier and Jed is a ridiculous perfectionist, just the kind of guy we want working on instruments here at The Podium. Aside from being a master repair man, Jed also builds fine, world class mandolins and guitars.
